Client-Side Processing
PDFfast processes your PDF files entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never shared with any third party. All merge and split operations happen locally on your device.
Compression Tool
The PDF compression tool processes your file entirely in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device — compression runs locally using WebAssembly. We do not upload, store, log, or retain any of your files.
Account Information
If you create an account, we collect your email address and name for authentication purposes. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name and email) from Google. We use this information solely to manage your account and provide the service.
Usage Data
We track anonymous usage counts (e.g., number of merge/split/compress operations) for the purpose of enforcing rate limits on our free tier. This data is not linked to your files and does not contain any file content.
Payments
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe may collect information as described in their privacy policy.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
